For permanent residence or rental through the hotel, these high-end units are designed to compliment the historic architecture of the hotel campus on the exterior while retaining a mountain home feel on the inside. Owners have access to all of the hotel's amenities, including restaurant and catering, pool, spa, coffee house and housekeeping services.

We created a three dimensional model of the entire site to gain design and planning approvals, then prepared design and construction documents. Sales have been excellent. Complete build-out is anticipated at least one year earlier than planned.
