Sitting on the site of a former parking lot, the key element of this center was seizing advantage of prime Elkhorn Avenue and Big Thompson River frontage. Seven retail units are laid out east to west, all with access to both street and river. The upper level includes office and residential rental space. South facing second floor units integrate decks overlooking Estes Park's premier downtown Riverwalk.

Varying rooflines, log piers, wood siding and stone all contribute to a refined high-country architecture appropriate to Estes. Construction was completed in time for a Memorial Day opening; all retail units were occupied within the first month.
