This building, home to a number of restaurants throughout the years, was the site of Estes Park icon Ed's Cantina. The Owners took the development of East Elkhorn next door as an opportunity to completely remodel the restaurant, providing a bigger bar, new kitchen, upstairs banquet room and upper and lower outdoor patio seating.

The firm's design provided fresh energy with a mix of modern and traditional elements. An efficient restaurant plan allowed for three retail units to help the Owner offset the costs of construction.
