Faced with inadequate office facilities, the District reviewed the possibility of remodeling their existing building. The new building consists of private offices, open workstations and a plan room for the large map files required. An ample waiting area connects both the office area and a new meeting room. The latter of these is used for conference and Board meetings, which are open to the public. The exterior mixes cedar siding with concrete block in a variety of textures and is capped with a metal roof. The entrance features a vaulted ceiling, expansive glass and log accents.
